The area where the world-renowned tobacco of the highest quality in Cuba is grown is the area of Vuelta Abajo, in Pinar del Río. The house. 340 sq mtr, is part of the historic center of the Villa de Cartes, which is an Artistic Historic Site, its construction dating from 1810-1820. The property has made a comprehensive rehabilitation, according to the most modern design criteria, respecting traditional materials.

The focal point created by the fireplace in the living room on the upper floors exerts an attraction and enveloping force for the rest of the rooms in the house that flow magnetized towards it.
